Kathmandu valley is a perfect place to visit for short, one or two day’s photographic mission as it’s a place of amazing and great cultural diversity with rich historical background dating back to many centuries. Kathmandu valley once a lake, fertile with good climate and weather has emerged as a very suitable habitat for people attracted the royal family to settle here, that has created the unique age old ethos of Nepal. The cultural event never stops here, making it a best place to see and experience the local culture here any time of the year. Among many cultural event, the Nepali New Year in mid April, rice planting ceremony in July-August and the biggest festival in Oct-Nov are the best time take a photographic jaunt
Here, we are featuring few short photographic tours based in Kathmandu valley, with cultural highlights. Later we will be launching and operating the multi-day photographic mission in and out of Kathmandu valley.
During this tour, you will visit mainly Bhaktapur and Thimi located some 14 km from Kathmandu and spend whole day watching, experiencing and photographing the image in your own way. It’s a mega event in Kathmandu valley especially at Bhaktapur, the medieval looking town. The place itself is extra ordinary in its art and cultural display with rich historic back ground. On top the Nepali New year’s event with Bisket Jatra festival, makes this place one of a kind in Nepal. The traditional shows and cultural displays are lively with lots of fun and frolic, one of the most remarkable festivals celebrated in Bhaktapur.

Above tours are guided and supported by professional photographer, with whom you will also have an opportunity to learn about photographing technique that can be done in best possible in Nepal. It starts in the morning to end in the afternoon.
