Traditional farming (rice plantation) festival
Its not just tour but taking and learning to take the best possible pictures of the events!
Rice in Nepal is the main crops that people use us their main diet. Most of rice plantation depends on natural rain water for its healthy growth and hence the main season of rice plantation start when the monsoon season returns in the month of July and August every year, depending on our calendar. It’s like great festival, obviously a great event of the year, for food sowing and harvesting reason. The rice sapling are already grown, field are ploughed and made ready with water.
The rice fields are seen with the farmers with their family and friends participating in the event, planting the rice in muddy and rice field. Some will bring food and some will help with sapling distribution. Local people support each other
in these events. It’s a great event to watch through your naked eyes.
